Daniel Dal'Asta Coimbra is a board-certified dermatologist with over 15 years of experience in aesthetic dermatology. He graduated from the Federal University of Santa Maria (2004) and pursued his post graduate dermatology studies through the Federal University of the State of Rio de Janeiro / UNIRIO (2007). Daniel has a master's degree in Infectious Diseases of the Skin from the Instituto Nacional de Infectologia Evandro Chagas - Fundação Oswaldo Cruz (INI-FIOCRUZ), in Rio de Janeiro. He holds a title of Specialist issued by the Brazilian Society of Dermatology (SBD) and is a member of the Brazilian Society of Dermatologic Surgery (SBCD) and American Society for Dermatologic Surgery (ASDS). He has a long and established record working with cosmetic treatments, with a particular focus on botulinum toxin, hyaluronic acid fillers and collagen biostimulators, as well as treatment of sequelae after facial paralysis, through myomodulation with injectable fillers. Daniel is also a much-sought after speaker at major Brazilian and international dermatology events, and author of chapters and articles in renowned scientific journals and books. He also works as a Professor of Cosmetic Dermatology at the Instituto de Dermatologia Professor Rubem David Azulay (IDPRDA), at the Santa Casa de Misericórdia do Rio de Janeiro.
His pioneering work with the use of Poly-L-lactic Acid for treatment of skin laxity in corporal areas has earned him recognition in the literature. He was the first dermatologist to describe the treatment of the Posterior Temporal Region (Supra-auricular) with hyaluronic acid filler in the academic literature.

Possuo grande experiência na área cosmiátrica, com ênfase no tratamento com toxina botulínica, preenchedores de ácido hialurônico e biostimuladores de colágeno. Speaker internacional e autor de capítulos de livros e artigos científicos sobre esses temas.
