He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Military Sciences from the Agulhas Negras Military Academy (1998), a Master's Degree "Stricto Sensu" in Military Operations by the Captain's School of Brazilian Army(2006) and a specialization in Military Sciences with an emphasis on National Defense,"Lato Sensu", a requirement of the Command and Staff Command Course of the Army Command and General Staff College (ECEME), completed in 2015. Master of Science in Science and Art of Warfare, by the National Defense University of Pakistan in Islamabad, Pakistan and concluding the Command and Staff Course at the Army Command and Staff College of Pakistan, in the city of Quetta, Pakistan. He has experience in Defense, with emphasis on COMMAND AND CONTROL, ELECTRONIC WAR, CYBER WAR, INFORMATION WAR, NUCLEAR WAR, and CONFLICTS OF SOUTH ASIAN.
