Fisioterapeuta graduado pela Universidade Estadual da Paraíba (UEPB), Mestre em Fisioterapia na área de Avaliação e Intervenção nos Sistemas Cardiovascular e Respiratório. Atualmente é Doutorando em fase de conclusão pela UFRN e tem experiências prévias com docência e preceptoria em instituições de ensino superior públicas e privadas na área de Avaliação e Intervenção em Fisioterapia Cardiovascular, Respiratória e em Terapia Intensiva. Atua profissionalmente como servidor público estatutário da Secretaria de Saúde Pública do Estado do Rio Grande do Norte - SESAP/RN. Exerce atividades no Hospital Pediátrico Maria Alice Fernandes SESAP/RN em UTI pediátrica, neonatal e na unidade de crianças com condições crônicas complexas e dependentes de ventilação mecânica. Possui o Título de Especialista Profissional em Terapia Intensiva Neonatal e Pediátrica pelo COFFITO/ASSOBRAFIR. Em oportunidades pregressas cursou pós-graduação lato sensu em Saúde Coletiva (FIP-PB) e pós-graduação lato sensu em Terapia Intensiva (CEFAPP-PE). Linhas de interesse para pesquisa: ventilação mecânica, avaliação e intervenção em doenças cardiovasculares, neuromusculares, doenças respiratórias infecciosas e padrões respiratórios disfuncionais em adultos e crianças.
Physiotherapist graduated from the State University of Paraíba (UEPB), Master in Physiotherapy in the area of Evaluation and Intervention in the Cardiovascular and Respiratory Systems. Currently is Ph.D. student in the final stage at UFRN and has previous experience with teaching and preceptorship in public and private higher education institutions in the area of Evaluation and Intervention in Cardiovascular, Respiratory, and Intensive Care Physiotherapy. Acts professionally as a statutory public servant of the Secretary of Public Health of the State of Rio Grande do Norte - SESAP/RN. Works at the Pediatric Hospital Maria Alice Fernandes SESAP/RN in the pediatric and neonatal ICU and the unit for children with complex chronic conditions and dependent on mechanical ventilation. He has the title of Professional Specialist in Neonatal and Pediatric Intensive Care by COFFITO/ASSOBRAFIR. In previous opportunities, he attended a lato sensu postgraduate course in Collective Health (FIP-PB) and a lato sensu postgraduate course in Intensive Care (CEFAPP-PE). Lines of interest for research: mechanical ventilation, assessment and intervention in cardiovascular, neuromuscular, infectious respiratory diseases, and dysfunctional breathing patterns in adults and children.
