Doutora em Contabilidade pela Universidade de São Paulo ? USP, Mestre em Controladoria e Contabilidade pela Universidade de São Paulo ? Campus Ribeirão Preto (2008) e Graduada em Ciências Contábeis pela Universidade Federal do Pará (2001). Professora em nível de graduação e pós-graduação em Contabilidade e Finanças nas modalidades Presencial e EAD. Pesquisadora da linha de Teoria dos Contratos em Políticas Contábeis e Divulgação de Informações Contábeis.

PhD student in Accounting at the University of São Paulo - USP, Master in Accounting and Accounting from the University of Sao Paulo - Ribeirao Preto (2008) and Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the Federal University of Pará (2001). Is able to act as a university professor in the graduate and postgraduate broadly in the specialties of accounting and finance, through subjects like Financial Accounting, International Accounting, Accounting Theory, Corporate Finance, Review of Financial Statements and the like. Adopts as lines of research the following topics: Accounting Choice; Accounting Research and Disclosure with emphasis on the environmental area.
