Adriana Raquel Binsfeld Hess

Adriana Raquel Binsfeld Hess hold her Postdoctoral Fellowship in Psychology and Neuropsychology at Laboratory of Experimental Psychology, Neurosciences and Behaviour in Federal University at Rio Grande do Sul/Brazil. She has a Doctor Degree/PhD in Psychology (2015) and Master Degree in Clinical Psychology (2010). Adriana has Specialization course/ postgraduate in Neuropsychology (2018) and Bachelor's Degree in Psychology (2008). She was member of the 1st Board of the Brazilian Society of Neuropsychology (SBNP), in the 2014-2015 management. Adriana works in the clinical area (psychotherapy), in a private practice, with a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy approach (CBT) and also whit Psychological and Neuropsychological Assessment. Adriana has professional qualification, approved by Federal Council of Psychology in Brazil (CFP), for online psychotherapy and psychological services on line. She also is a member of the Psychological Society of Ireland (PSI). She has experience in research, with emphasis in the following topics: Psychological and Neuropsychological Evaluation, Neuropsychology, Executive Functions, Inhibitory Control, Impulsiveness, Aggressiveness, Addiction Behaviour and Crack. Her psychology career includes clinical and teaching (at universities). Adriana Raquel Binsfeld Hess é Pós-doutora pelo Laboratório de Psicologia Experimental, Neurociências e Comportamento (LPNeC) da Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Sul (UFRGS, 2018). Doutora em Psicologia pela Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Sul (UFRGS, 2015). Mestre em Psicologia Clínica pela Universidade do Vale do Rio dos Sinos (UNISINOS, 2010). Especialista em Neuropsicologia pelo Conselho Federal de Psicologia (CFP, 2018) e Bacharel em Psicologia pela UNISINOS (2008). Possui ampla experiência como professora universitária, tanto no nível da graduação quanto da pós-graduação. Atuou como Pesquisadora II no Programa de Apoio ao Desenvolvimento Institucional do Sistema Único de Saúde (PROADI-SUS), no Hospital Moinhos de Vento, de Porto Alegre (RS). Atualmente é CEO e pesquisadora sênior da Hess Pesquisa e Desenvolvimento. Atua na área clínica (psicoterapia), em consultório particular na Irlanda, com enfoque Cognitivo-Comportamental (TCC), realizando Avaliação Psicológica e Neuropsicológica. É Chartered Psychologist pela Psychological Society of Ireland - PSI (Sociedade de Psicologia da Irlanda) e Full Member of Special Interest Group in Autism, certificada ADOS-2 (Autism Diagnostic Observation Schedule 2) pela School of Medicine, Trinity College Dublin.
