Igor Paulino Mendes Soares

Graduado (2019) e Mestre (2021) em Odontologia pela Faculdade de Odontologia de Araraquara (FOAr - Unesp). Foi bolsista de Iniciação Científica PIBIC (2016), FAPESP (2017) e FAPESP (2018). Também foi Bolsista FAPESP durante o Mestrado. Atua nas áreas de Engenharia Tecidual, Materiais Dentários, Dentística e Reabilitação Oral. Desenvolve pesquisas nas mesmas áreas, com ênfase em técnicas Bioquímicas, de Biologia Celular e Molecular voltadas para o desenvolvimento e análise de biomateriais e procedimentos clínicos. Integra o grupo de pesquisa do Laboratório de Patologia Experimental e Biomateriais (LPEB), onde, atualmente, é Doutorando em Odontologia (Bolsista FAPESP) com ênfase em Reabilitação Oral (FOAr - Unesp, CAPES 7) sob orientação da Profa. Dra. Josimeri Hebling. Em 2023, foi vencedor do Prêmio IADR Hatton Competition and Awards Brazilian Division.

Graduated (2019) and Master (2021) in Dentistry from the Araraquara School of Dentistry (FOAr - Unesp). He had three years of scientific initiation scholarship grants: PIBIC (2016), FAPESP (2017), and FAPESP (2018). He was also granted by FAPESP during his Masters. He works in the field of Tissue Engineering, Dental Materials, Dentistry, and Oral Rehabilitation. He develops research in the same areas, with emphasis on Biochemical, Cellular, and Molecular Biology techniques aimed at the development and analysis of biomaterials and clinical procedures. He integrates the research group at the Laboratory of Experimental Pathology and Biomaterials (LPEB), where he is currently a Ph.D. student in Dentistry (FAPESP granted) with an emphasis on Oral Rehabilitation (FOAr-Unesp, CAPES 7) under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Josimeri Hebling. In 2023, he won the IADR Hatton Competition and Awards Brazilian Division.
