He holds a Doctorate in Engineering from the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro (2003). He developed his postdoctoral work in Organizational Decline at FEA/USP and Strategy at IPL (Portugal). He is a professor at the Graduate Program in Administration and the Graduate Program in Project Management at Universidade Nove de Julho - UNINOVE. He is a former editor of the Ibero-American Strategy Magazine (RIAE). He is the leading research line in Decision Making and Strategic Management (TDE) at UNINOVE's PPGA. He is the elected head of the Brazilian Academy of Management - ANPAD's ESO Division of Business Strategy for 2021-2023. He managed the academic division at HSM. He was a Professor at the University of Southern Santa Catarina - UNISUL, where he founded the Unisul Business School and is a former researcher at the Graduate Program in Administration. He leads the research group on Behavioral Strategy, registered with CNPq by Uninove. He is a researcher at the Research Group on Strategic Planning and Entrepreneurship at FEA/USP, at the Research Group on Strategy and Competitiveness and Strategy and Projects at UNINOVE, and at GlobAdvantage - Center for Research in Strategy and International Business. He is the co-author of several books, with emphasis on the books "O Tempo na sua Vida" (São Paulo, Editora Saraiva, 2009), "Administração Estratégica" (São Paulo, Editora Campus/Elsevier, 2014), "Gestão Estratégica" (Lisbon, Editora Lidel, 2010 and Editora Atlas, 2014) and "Ser Empreendedor" (Lisbon, Editora Silabo, 2009; São Paulo, Editora Saraiva, 2010). He has participated as a speaker at HSM events and works for MoC (Michael Porter HBS), and Marketing for a Better World with Philip Kotler. In 2012 he was awarded Best Professor in Strategy by the World Congress of Education in Mumbai, India. He is a member of the board and sits on the strategic committees of several companies. He is a CNPq Level 1D Research Productivity Scholarship in the public notice PQ2018.
Possui Doutorado em Engenharia pela Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro (2003). Foi editor da Revista Ibero-americana de Estratégia RIAE. É líder linha de pesquisa em Tomada de Decisão e Gestão Estratégica (TDE) no PPGA da UNINOVE. É o coordenador da Divisão ESO - Estratégia em Negócios da ANPAD para o triênio 2021-2023 Dirigiu a área acadêmica na HSM. Foi professor da Universidade do Sul de Santa Catarina - UNISUL, onde dirigiu a Unisul Business School e foi professor do Mestrado em Administração. Sua experiência como docente inclui a coordenação do Mestrado em Administração. Lidera o grupo de pesquisa em Estratégia Comportamental, cadastrado no CNPq pela Uninove. É pesquisador do grupo de pesquisa em Planejamento Estratégico e Empreendedorismo da FEA/USP, do Grupo de Pesquisa em Estratégia e Competitividade e Estratégia e Projetos da UNINOVE, e do GlobAdvantage - Centro de Investigação em Estratégia e Negócios Internacionais. É coautor de diversos livros, com destaque para os livros O Tempo na sua Vida (São Paulo, Editora Saraiva, 2009), Administração Estratégica (São Paulo, Editora Campus/Elsevier, 2014), Gestão Estratégica (Lisboa, Editora Lidel, 2010 e Editora Atlas, 2014) e Ser Empreendedor (Lisboa, Editora Silabo, 2009; São Paulo, Editora Saraiva, 2010). Participou como palestrante em eventos da HSM e, em trabalhos para MoC (Michael Porter HBS) e Marketing for a Better World com Philip Kotler.
