Fernanda Bassani

Doutora e Mestre em Psicologia Social e Institucional pela Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Sul (2020), pesquisando a interface entre Psicologia, Violência e Segurança Pública. Possui Pós Graduação Lattu Sensu em ?Elaboração de Projetos Sociais e Culturais? pelo IFCH/UFRGS (2003) e em ?Segurança Cidadã: Violência, Criminalidade e Polícia? também pela UFRGS (2005). Uma das criadoras do premiado Programa MC's para Paz, de ressocialização de jovens presos pela cultura hip hop. Em 2014 atuou como Coordenadora da Comissão de Direitos Humanos e Segurança Urbana da Câmara Municipal de Porto Alegre (CEDECONDH), elaborando em co-autoria o I Mapa da Segurança Pública e Direitos Humanos de Porto Alegre (MAPASEG). Em 2016 lançou o livro "Visita íntima: sexo, crime e negócios nas prisões", que aborda o tema das mulheres visitantes de presos. Vencedora do Prêmio Espírito Público em 2020, avaliada como uma das 3 melhores trajetórias no serviço público brasileiro, na categoria segurança pública.

PhD and Master in Social and Institutional Psychology from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul (2020), researching the interface between Psychology, Violence and Public Security. He has a Lattu Sensu Post-Graduation in ?Elaboration of Social and Cultural Projects? by IFCH/UFRGS (2003) and in ?Citizen Security: Violence, Crime and Police? also by UFRGS (2005). She is one of the creators of the award-winning MC's for Peace Program, for the resocialization of young people trapped by hip hop culture. In 2014, she acted as Coordinator of the Commission on Human Rights and Urban Security of the Municipality of Porto Alegre (CEDECONDH), preparing the I Map of Public Security and Human Rights of Porto Alegre (MAPASEG). In 2016, he released the book "Intimate Visit: Sex, Crime and Business in Prisons", which addresses the topic of women visiting prisoners. Winner of the Espírito Público Award in 2020, considered one of the 3 best trajectories in the Brazilian public service, in the public security category.
