Carolina Ramalhete Vieira

Master of Sustainable Development at UNB, Post Graduate in Cooperation for Unimonte with Undergraduate Social / Journalism Communication at the University of Brasilia. It has experience in the areas of Communications and Media Relations , Group Facilitation and Participatory processes , emphasizing the Environmental area and environmental education until 2012.In 2012, she founded Kairós (2012) as a visual communication company and, in the following years, she developed the Art of Conversation Method, which combines visual thinking, design thinking, user experience, art of hosting, information systematization, whitboard selling, empathic communication and storytelling tools and principles, with the aim of organizing thouths and communicating ideas clearly and strikingly.

Mestre em Desenvolvimento Sustentável pela UnB, Pós Graduada em Cooperação pela Unimonte, com Graduação em Comunicação Social/ Jornalismo pela Universidade de Brasília. Tem experiência na áreas de Comunicação e Assessoria de Imprensa, Facilitação de Grupos e Processos Participativos, com ênfase na área Socioambiental e na Educação Ambiental até 2012. Em 2012 fundou da empresa Kairós (2012) de comunicação visual e, nos anos seguintes, desenvolveu do Método Arte da Conversa, que combina ferramentas de visual thinking, design thinking, user xperience, art of hosting, sistematização de informações, whitboard selling, comunicação empática e storytelling, com objetivo de organizar o pensamento e comunicar ideias de forma clara e marcante.
