Atuando no Sicredi como responsável pela transformação cultural e organizacional das superintendências de Eficiência, Contábil e Fiscal, usando como base o design para investigar e descobrir as necessidades de cada time para criar, recriar e cocriar um ambiente de trabalho mais colaborativo, leve e feliz.
