Thales Fontenele Moraes Pinheiro

Graduated in Dentistry from the Federal University of Ceará (2000), graduated in Chemistry from the State University of Ceará (2004), Specialization in Family Health from the State University of Ceará (2006), Master's Degree in Biotechnology from the Federal University of Ceará ( 2013), and Graduate Studies in Dentistry, Orthodontics and Implantology. He is currently a dental surgeon at the PSF of the Municipality of Fortaleza (appointed since 2006), transferred to the State Government since 2014, where he acts as Oral Health Supervisor at SRNOR/SESA, also collaborating in the monitoring of the UPAs and in the implementation of the Policy of Permanent Education in the municipalities that make up the Superintendence of the North Region (SRNOR). He was a professor at the INTA and Luciano Feijão Colleges, in the disciplines of Biochemistry, Pharmacology, Biophysics, Epidemiology and Biostatistics. Works in private practice at Clínica CDI in Sobral. He was CRO-CE Delegate in Sobral. He was an Official Dentist for the Army (2000 and 2001), Dentist for the PSF in the municipality of Limoeiro do Norte-CE (2001 to 2003), Temporary Professor of Biology and Chemistry for the State and Colégio Stella Mares (2003 to 2005). He has been working at SUS since 2000.

Possui graduação em Odontologia pela Universidade Federal do Ceará (2000), graduação em Licenciatura em Química pela Universidade Estadual do Ceará (2004), Especialização em Saúde da Família pela Universidade Estadual do Ceará (2006), Mestrado em Biotecnologia pela Universidade Federal do Ceará (2013), e Pós-Graduação em Dentística, Ortodontia e Implantodontia. Atualmente é cirurgião-dentista do PSF da Prefeitura Municipal de Fortaleza (concursado desde 2006), cedido ao Governo do Estado, desde 2014, onde atua como Supervisor de Saúde Bucal da SRNOR/ SESA, colaborando também no monitoramento das UPAs e na implantação da Política de Educação Permanente nos municípios que compõem a Superintendência da Região Norte (SRNOR). Foi professor das Faculdades INTA e Luciano Feijão, nas disciplinas de Bioquímica, Farmacologia, Biofísica, Epidemiologia e Bioestatística. Atua no consultório particular na Clínica CDI em Sobral. Foi Delegado do CRO-CE em Sobral. Foi Dentista Oficial do Exército (2000 e 2001), Dentista do PSF do município Limoeiro do Norte-CE (2001 a 2003), Professor Temporário de Biologia e Química do Estado e do Colégio Stella Mares (2003 a 2005). Atua no SUS desde 2000.
