Telecommunications and Electronics Engineer in 2008, Master in Telematics in 2011 and Ph D. in 2015 all in the Central University "Marta Abreu" of Las Villas (UCLV). Assistant Professor Electronics and Telecommunications Department UCLV. His research interests are focused on: mechanisms of access to the environment in cognitive radio networks and wireless sensor networks, M2M communication, internet of things.
