Thiago Estefano Rodrigues

PhD in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology. Degree awarded in Jan 2018 at Universidade Federal do Paraná. He has worked at the Columbia University in the city of New York with protein crystallography. He worked as a postdoc at Institute Carlos Chagas-ICC in the Molecular Virology laboratory. and he currently works at Stony Brook University in New York as a senior postdoc to better understand how ribosomes regulate protein quality control pathways in bacteria. His main research approaches are cloning, protein expression and purification, protein biochemistry assays, protein crystallography and Cryo-EM.
