Mauro CAETANO: Professor e Pesquisador em Inovações no Transporte Aéreo no Instituto Tecnológico de Aeronáutica (ITA). Pós-Doutoramento realizado em Engenharia de Infraestrutura Aeronáutica (EIA-T) no ITA. Doutor em Engenharia de Produção pela Universidade de São Paulo (USP), com período sanduíche no Institut für Werkzeugmaschinen und Fabrikbetrieb (IWF) / Technische Universität Berlin (TUBerlin), Alemanha. Foi Pesquisador Visitante no Institute of Transport and Logistics Studies (ITLS) / Business School / The University of Sydney, Austrália, e também no International Project Laboratory / The University of Tokyo (東京大学), Japão. Atua nos Programas de Pós-Graduação em Engenharia de Infraestrutura Aeronáutica (PG-EIA/ITA), em Administração (PPGADM/FACE/UFG), e em Aplicações Operacionais (PPGAO/Comando da Aeronáutica). Coordena o MTOW - Grupo de Pesquisas Inovações em Transporte Aéreo (DGP/CNPq) e é Piloto Aerodesportista (Paraglider e Paramotor). Possui interesse nas áreas de planejamento e mensuração da inovação aplicados ao transporte aéreo, Aviação Geral, pequenos aeroportos e vertiports, baseados nos princípios da inteligência artificial. Professor and Researcher in Innovations in Air Transport at the Technological Institute of Aeronautics (ITA). Post-Doctorate in Aeronautical Infrastructure Engineering (EIA-T) at ITA. PhD in Production Engineering from the University of São Paulo (USP), with a sandwich period at the Institut für Werkzeugmaschinen und Fabrikbetrieb (IWF) / Technische Universität Berlin (TUBerlin), Germany. He was Visiting Researcher at the Institute of Transport and Logistics Studies (ITLS) / Business School / The University of Sydney, Australia, and also at the International Project Laboratory / The University of Tokyo (東京大学), Japan. He works in the Postgraduate Programs in Aeronautical Infrastructure Engineering (PG-EIA / ITA) and in Administration (PPGADM / FACE / UFG). He coordinates the MTOW-Research Group Innovations in Air Transport (DGP / CNPq) and is an Aerosport Pilot (Paraglider and Paramotor). He is interested in the areas of planning and measuring innovation applied to air transport, General Aviation and small airports, based on artificial intelligence.
