Graduada em Fonoaudiologia pela Universidade Federal de Pernambuco (UFPE) , especialista em Saúde da Família pelo Instituto de Medicina Integral Prof. Fernando Figueira (IMIP). Mestre e Doutoranda em Educação em Ciências: Química da Vida e Saúde pela Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Sul (UFRGS). Docente no Curso de Fonoaudiologia da Universidade Federal de Pernambuco. Preceptora das Residências Multiprofissionais de Saúde da Família e Reabilitação Física no ambulatório geral de Pediatria nas áreas de linguagem e motricidade orofacial do IMIP. Pesquisadora do grupo de Estudos das malformações craniofaciais na Linha de Pesquisa: Aspectos psicossociais e educacionais da reabilitação. Autora da Estratégia de Educação continuada para Agentes Comunitários de Saúde nas anomalias craniofaciais. Pesquisadora do estudo Avaliação de Estratégia de Teleeducação com usuários e familiares em Centro de Referência para Reabilitação de Anomalias Craniofaciais. Participa ainda do grupo de Pesquisa Cultura Digital e Mídias Móveis da Universidade Federal do Rio Grande Do Sul.

Graduated in Speech Therapy by the Federal University of Pernambuco (UFPE), specialist in Family Health by the Institute of Integral Medicine Prof. Fernando Figueira (IMIP). Master's Degree and PhD student in Science Education: Chemistry of Life and Health by the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul (UFRGS).Professor in the Speech Therapy course at the Federal University of Pernambuco. Preceptor of Multiprofessional Residences of Family Health and Physical Rehabilitation in the pediatric general outpatient clinic in the areas of language and orofacial motricity of IMIP. Researcher of the group of studies of craniofacial malformations in the Line of Research: Psychosocial and educational aspects of rehabilitation. Author of the Continuing Education Strategy for Community Health Agents in craniofacial anomalies. Researcher of the study Evaluation of Teleeducation Strategy with users and relatives in a Reference Center for Rehabilitation of Craniofacial Anomalies. Also participates in the Digital Culture and mobile media research group at the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul.
