Gilberto Carvalho Guerra Pedrosa Ribeiro

Ph.D. candidate in Law at the Goethe University Frankfurt and currently Ph.D. researcher at the Max Planck Institute for European Legal History (2018). Master in Law, State and Constitution at the University of Brasília (2014) with a Coordination for the Improvement of Higher Education Personnel scholarship (CAPES). Degree in Law at the Institute for Legal and Social Sciences Professor camillo Filho (2011). My fields of research are constitutional theory, legal history and social theory. I have been engaged in the interdisciplinar research group DISCO - Law, World Society and Constitution, at the University of Brasília (Law School, Political Science Institute and Sociology - UnB).

É doutorando em direito pela Johann Wolfgang Goethe-Universität Frankfurt am Main e atualmente pesquisador vinculado ao Max Planck Institute für europäische Rechtsgeschichte (2018). Mestre em Direito, Estado e Constituição pela Universidade de Brasília (2014) com bolsa da Coordenação de Aperfeiçoamento de Pessoal de Nível Superior - CAPES. Bacharel em Direito pelo Instituto de Ciências Jurídicas e Sociais Professor Camillo Filho (2011). Tem interesse nas áreas de teoria constitucional, história do direito e teoria social. Participa do grupo de pesquisa DISCO - Direito, Sociedade Mundial e Constituição (FD - UnB/ Ipol - UnB/ Sol - UnB).
