Possui vasta experiência na área de Gestão Estratégica, na coordenação de Escritórios de Projetos, Planejamento Corporativo, Gestão de Processos, Governança e Compliance. Atua sempre com foco na simplificação da gestão. Coordenou desenvolvimento de sistemas e pesquisas relacionadas a gestão e tecnologia da informação, em especial, com uso de Inteligência Artificial aplicada à Justiça.
