Júlia Silva Morosini

Agronomic Engineer by the University of São Paulo (ESALQ/USP), Master in Sciences (Genetics and Plant Breeding) and currently Ph.D candidate in Genetics and Plant Breeding by University of São Paulo (Brazil) and University of Wisconsin-Madison (US). As an undergraduate, studied for one year at Montpellier SupAgro (FR) in an exchange, where had a specialization in plant breeding and was intern at the Institut National de la Recherche Agronomique (INRA) in Montpellier, France. I develop works on quantitative genomics for maize, with skills in quantitative genetics, genomic selection, association studies, experimental statistical analyses, R coding.

Engenheira Agrônoma pela Universidade de São Paulo (ESALQ/USP) e Licenciada em Ciências Agrárias pela Universidade de São Paulo (USP). Realizou graduação sanduíche no Centre International d'Etudes Supérieures en Sciences Agronomiques - SupAgro (Montpellier, França), com estudos focados em Melhoramento de Plantas, e foi estagiária no Institut National de la Recherche Agronomique (INRA), em Montpellier, França. Mestre em Genética e Melhoramento de Plantas pela ESALQ/USP e Doutora por esta mesma instituição e por University of Wisconsin-Madison (EUA), tendo desenvolvendo trabalhos relacionados à cultura de milho com ênfase em genômica quantitativa.
