Ana Carolina Trindade

Doctoral student and master?s in communication at the Faculty of Architecture, Arts, Communication and Design of the São Paulo State University (UNESP). She received a scholarship during her Master's Degree with funding from the Foundation for Research Support of the State of São Paulo - FAPESP (process nº 2018/17825-6) under the guidance of Caroline Kraus Luvizotto, an opportunity in which the Internship was carried out (FAPESP process nº 2019/12815-5) under the supervision of Dr.ª Isabel Ferin Cunha at Universidade Nova de Lisboa, Portugal. During this Research Internship, she was a student of the Master in Communication Sciences (UNOVA/Lisbon) in the subjects of Research Methodologies in Media Studies and Journalism, taught by Prof. Dr. Cristina Ponte and Cyberspace, Media and Interaction taught by Prof. Dr. Graça Rocha Simões. Specialist (lato-sensu) in Language, Culture and Media from Unesp, Post-Graduate (MBA) in Communication and Marketing from Universidade Cruzeiro do Sul and BA in Public Relations from Centro Universitário Sagrado Coração. Currently, she develops research on Democratization of Communication and Media Literacy with a focus on Brazil, Portugal and England. Member of the Media Communication and Social Movements Research Group (ComMov) since 2016. Exchanged to study english in London, at Kaplan International Languages - Leicester Square. Contemplada com o Estágio de Pesquisa no Exterior - BEPE (processo Fapesp nº 2023/01841-0), sob supervisão da Prof.ª Dr.ª Inês Amaral, na Universidade de Coimbra, o qual será realizado no segundo semestre de 2023. Realizou Estágio de Pesquisa no Exterior - BEPE (processo Fapesp nº 2019/12815-5) durante o Mestrado, sob supervisão da Prof.ª Dr.ª Isabel Ferin Cunha, na Universidade Nova de Lisboa, Portugal. Bacharel em Relações Públicas pelo Centro Universitário Sagrado Coração (UNISAGRADO), sob orientação da Prof.ª Dr.ª Sonia Aparecida Cabestré. Foi docente responsável na disciplina de Planejamento em Comunicação e Relações Públicas ministrada para o 3º ano (5º termo) do curso de Relações Públicas da Universidade Estadual Paulista (UNESP) através da atividade Estagiário Supervisionado em Docência, campus de Bauru, em 2021. Atualmente, desenvolve pesquisa sobre Democratização da Comunicação e Media Literacy com foco no Brasil, Portugal e Inglaterra.
