CELSO MANSUETO MIRANDA DE OLIVEIRA VAZ

Graduated in Electrical Engineering from the Federal University of Pará (1990) with emphasis in electronic engineering, Specialization in Biomedical Engineering (2008). Master's Degree in Industrial Engineering - Materials Science from the Federal University of Pará (2015). He is currently an Electronics Engineer at the Federal University of Pará.- Clinical Engineering, professor at the Instituto de Estudos Superiores da Amazônia - Estácio of the post-graduate course in biomedical engineering with an emphasis on clinical engineering. He has experience in the field of Biomedical Engineering, with an emphasis on Clinical Engineering, Business Management and Teaching in higher and postgraduate education. He held the position of Clinical Engineer at SESPA - Secretary of State for Public Health, holding the position of Chief of Staff. He worked as general coordinator and professor of elaboration of questions in public tender/selection processes for the company INAZ do Pará public tender services Ltd since 2018. Professor at the Federal University of Pará in the postgraduate program in Maintenance and certifications in hospital environments. Acting Master in Hospital Equipment Qualifications. He is currently Coordinator of Clinical Engineering at Fundação Hospital de Clínicas Gaspar Vianna in Belém - Pará. He is a partner at the company Engeclin Soluções e Diagnósticos, which coordinates and executes Clinical Engineering at Hospital Regional Público de Castanhal - Pará.

Possui graduação em Engenharia Elétrica pela Universidade Federal do Pará (1990) com ênfase em engenharia eletrônica, Especialização em Engenharia Biomédica (2008). Mestrado em Engenharia Industrial - Ciência dos Materiais pela Universidade Federal do Pará (2015). Atualmente é Engenheiro em eletrônica da Universidade Federal do Pará - Engenharia Clínica; Professor do Instituto de Estudos Superiores da Amazônia - Estácio, no curso de pós graduação em Engenharia Biomédica com ênfase em Engenharia Clínica. É sócio da Empresa Engeclin - Soluções e Diagnósticos que coordena e executa a Engenharia Clínica no Hospital Regional Público de Castanhal - Pará. Tem experiência na área de Engenharia Biomédica, com ênfase em Engenharia Clínica, Gestão Empresarial e na Docência de ensino superior e de pós graduação. Exerceu o cargo de Engenheiro Clinico na SESPA - Secretaria de Estado de Saúde Pública, exercendo o cargo de Chefe de Gabinete. Engenheiro na Universidade Federal do Pará. Mestre atuante em qualificações de equipamentos hospitalares. Trabalhou como Coordenador de Engenharia Clínica na Fundação Hospital de Clínicas Gaspar Vianna em Belém - Pará.
