Permanent Professor of the Graduate Program "Surgery and Translational Medicine", advising master's, doctoral and post-doctoral students. Associate Editor of Annals of Vascular Surgery. Acts as referee for the journals: Annals of Vascular Surgery, Vascular and Endovascular Surgery, Thrombosis and Haemostasis, Thrombosis Research, European Journal of Medical Research, Clinical and Applied Thrombosis and Hamostasis, Vascular and Endovascular Surgery, American Journal of Hematology, British Journal of Hematology, Journal of Endovascular Therapy, Journal of Cellular and Molecular Medicine, Therapeutic Advances in Chronic Disease, International Journal of Immunopathology and Pharmacology and Jornal Vascular Brasileiro, among others. He is currently Associate Professor of the Division of Vascular and Endovascular Surgery at the Faculty of Medicine of Botucatu - Universidade Estadual Paulista (UNESP).
