Master in International Law by the State University of Rio de Janeiro (UERJ). Lawyer at the Center on Protection of Refugees and Migrants at Casa de Rui Barbosa Foundation. Independent consultant on international law, sexual orientation, gender identity and expression and sex characteristics. Intern at ILGA (International LGBTI Association) in the area of ​​Advocacy, Advocacy and Defense at the United Nations. Was a Legal Protection Agent in the Assistance Program for Refugees and Asylum Seekers- Caritas Rio de Janeiro. Was a coordinator the project of legal protection of LGBTI persons at the Applied Research area at TODXS. Undergraduate in Law from Federal University of Juiz de Fora (2017). He was a research initiation fellow (BIC) at the UFJF in the project "The centrality of fundamental rights in Administrative Law" (2016) and fellowship of the Ford Foundation in the project "Human Rights and Business" (2017). He served as a member of the editorial staff of the Alethes newspaper and currently is at the editorial staff of Panorama of Brazilian Law. Monitor of the disciplines Methodology and Technique of Legal Research, Cognitive Jurisdictional Tutelage and Judicial Decision and Means of Impugnation. Main areas of interest: International Human Rights Law; Refugee Law; Public International Law; Civil lawsuit; LGBTTI people's rights; Constitutional right.

Mestrado em Direito Internacional pela Universidade do Estado do Rio de Janeiro (UERJ). Advogado no Centro de Proteção a Refugiados e Imigrantes da Fundação Casa de Rui Barbosa. Atua como consultor em direito internacional e questões de orientação sexual, identidade e expressão de gênero e características sexuais, tendo trabalhado para organizações como ILGA World, ARC International e ISHR. Foi estagiário na ILGA World (International LGBTI Association) na área de Incidência, Promoção e Defesa perante as Nações Unidas. Foi agente de Proteção legal no Programa de Atendimento a Refugiados e Solicitantes de Refúgio - Cáritas Rio de Janeiro e Coordenador de Pesquisa Aplicada na TODXS.Graduado em Direito pela Universidade Federal de Juiz de Fora (2017), onde atuou como bolsista de iniciação científica (BIC) pela UFJF no projeto "A centralidade dos direitos fundamentais no Direito Administrativo"(2016) e bolsista da Fundação Ford no projeto "Direitos Humanos e Empresas" (2017). Atuou como membro do corpo editorial do periódico Alethes. Monitor das disciplinas Metodologia e Técnica da Pesquisa Jurídica, Tutela Jurisdicional Cognitiva e Decisão Judicial e Meios de Impugnação.
