Marilia Romão Capinzaiki

Graduada em Relações Internacionais pela Universidade Estadual Paulista Júlio de Mesquita Filho - UNESP (2009), mestra em Relações Internacionais pela Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina (PPGRI-UFSC), com concentração na linha de pesquisa de Economia Política Internacional (2012-2014) e Doutora em Estudos Estratégicos Internacionais pela UFRGS (2014-2018), onde desenvolveu tese sobre a atuação do grupo BRICS e a construção do Novo Banco de Desenvolvimento (NDB). Também é Especialista em Gestão de Políticas Públicas e Controle Social pela Escola de Contas do Tribunal de Contas do Município de São Paulo (TCMSP) e atua como como gestora pública (ocupando o cargo de Analista de Políticas Públicas e Gestão Governamental) na Prefeitura Municipal de São Paulo, onde lida com planejamento estratégico e desenvolvimento de projetos estruturantes. Atualmente está alocada na área de Planejamento da Secretaria Municipal de Saúde (SMS), onde participou diretamente da elaboração do plano de ação contra a COVID-19 no Município, principalmente por meio da gestão de informação sobre o cenário de pandemia na cidade, para subsídio de decisões estratégicas do alto escalão. Interesses de pesquisa em: Teoria dos Regimes, Teoria Crítica, Teoria das Relações Internacionais, Governança Global, difusão e internacionalização de Políticas Públicas.

Graduated in International Relations from the Universidade Estadual Paulista Júlio de Mesquita Filho - UNESP (2009), Master in International Relations from the Federal University of Santa Catarina (PPGRI-UFSC), with a concentration in International Political Economy Research (2012-2014) and PhD in International Strategic Studies from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul - UFRGS (2014-2018), where I developed my dissertation on the performance of the BRICS group and the construction of the New Development Bank (NDB). I am also a Specialist in Public Policy Management and Social Control (2021) by the School of Accounts of the Court of Auditors of the Municipality of São Paulo (TCMSP) and I am currently working as a public manager (occupying the position of Public Policy and Government Management Analyst) at the Municipality of São Paulo,dealing with strategic planning and development of projects. Specifically, i am currently allocated at the Planning area of ​​the Municipal Health Department of São Paulo (SMS), where I was able to participate directly in the preparation of the action plan against the COVID-19 pandemic in the Municipality, mainly through the management of information about the pandemic scenario at the city, in order to support strategic decisions. Research interests in: Regimes Theory, Critical Theory, International Relations Theory, Global Governance, diffusion and internationalization of Public Policies.
