Dr. Robert Czulda. Specialist in contemporary international security; defence and arms issues, Assistant Professor (Adjunct) at the Department of Theory of Foreign and Security Policy (Katedra Teorii Polityki Zagranicznej i Bezpieczeństwa) at the University of Lodz (Uniwersytet Łódzki), graduate of the National Security post-graduate studies at the National Defence University (Akademia Obrony Narodowej) (2007), alumni of the Young Leaders Dialogue of the US Department of State (2010 - 2011), fellow of the Lanckoroński Foundation in London (2014), visiting lecturer at universities in Lithuania, Ireland, Turkey and Slovakia, as well as the National Cheng-chi University in Taipei, within the framework of the Taiwan Fellowship programme (2013). Works as a freelance journalist for the following magazines: Polska Zbrojna ( Armed Poland ), ARMIA ( ARMY ), Nowa Technika Wojskowa ( New Military Technology ), Lotnictwo ( Aviation ), Stosunki Międzynarodowe ( International Relations ) and Military Technology . Freelance con-tributor to IHS Jane s. During the period 2010 - 2012 the author of the columns: Co na to NATO ( What's NATO's Opinion ) and Co nowego w NATO ( What's New in NATO ) in the Polish press. Co-editor of a book entitled NATO Towards the Challenges of a Contemporary World (2013).
