Letícia Dias Fantinel

I am a professor in the Department of Administration and the Graduate Program in Administration at the Federal University of Espírito Santo (PPGAdm/UFES). I completed my postdoctoral research at the Human-Animal Studies Hub at the Institute of Social Sciences at the University of Lisbon (ICS-ULisboa). I hold a Ph.D. in Administration from the Federal University of Bahia (UFBA, 2012), with a sandwich program at the University of Paris IX, and a master's and bachelor's degree in Administration from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul (UFRGS, 2009 and 2005). I served as the coordinator (2019-2020) and deputy coordinator (2021-2022) of the PPGAdm/UFES. I am leader of the Study Group on Symbolism and Everyday Practices in Organizations - GESIP/UFES, Principal Investigator in the Animals and Organizations research line at the Human-Animal Studies Hub at ICS-ULisboa, and member of the OCA collective - Organization, Culture, and Art at UFBA. I am an Associate Editor of the Organizações e Sociedade Journal. I coordinate the WG "Organizational and Socio-environmental Dynamics in the Anthropocene" in the Brazilian Management Association. I have coordinated projects funded by the Brazilian Agency CNPq (MCTI/CNPQ/Universal 14/2014 Call) and Local Agency FAPES (FAPES Call No. 006/2014 - Universal - Individual Research Project). I served as an associate editor (2013-2014) and editor-in-chief (2014-2016) of Management and Connexions Journal. I am a Protagonist Member of Compa - Collective of Women Researchers in Administration. I work as a researcher in the field of Organizational Studies with the following interests: organizational practices, organized relationships between humans and other animals, organization-animal and organization-nature relationships, multispecies studies, qualitative methodologies, and ethnography.

Sou professora do Departamento de Administração e do Programa de Pós-graduação em Administração da Universidade Federal do Espírito Santo (PPGAdm/UFES). Tenho pós-doutorado em Estudos Humano-Animais pelo Human-Animal Studies Hub do Instituto de Ciências Sociais na Universidade de Lisboa (ICS-ULisboa). Sou doutora em Administração pela Universidade Federal da Bahia (UFBA, 2012), com estágio-sanduíche na Universidade Paris IX, mestra e bacharela em Administração pela Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Sul (UFRGS, 2009 e 2005). Atuei como coordenadora (2019-2020) e coordenadora adjunta (2021-2022) do PPGAdm/UFES. Atuo na liderança do Grupo de Estudos em Simbolismos e Práticas Cotidianas em Organizações - GESIP/UFES, registrado no CNPq. Coordeno a linha de pesquisa "Animais e Organizações" do Human-Animal Studies Hub do ICS-ULisboa, em Portugal. Participo do coletivo OCA - Organização, Cultura e Arte da UFBA. Sou Editora Associada da Revista Organizações Sociedade. Lidero o tema 11 da divisão de Estudos Organizacionais da Anpad - Dinâmicas organizativas e socioambientais no Antropoceno. Já coordenei projetos financiados pelo CNPq (Edital MCTI/CNPQ/Universal 14/2014) e FAPES (Edital FAPES N 006/2014 - Universal - Projeto individual de pesquisa). Fui editora adjunta (2013-2014) e editora chefe (2014-2016) da Revista Gestão Conexões. Sou Membra Protagonista da Compa - Coletiva de Mulheres Pesquisadoras em Administração. Atuo como pesquisadora na área de Estudos Organizacionais com os seguintes interesses: práticas organizativas, relações organizações-animais e organizações-natureza, estudos multiespécies, métodos de pesquisa baseados em arte, metodologias qualitativas, etnografia.
