Graduated in Environmental Technology from Campinas State University (UNICAMP) in 2009; Master's degree in Technology and Innovation from UNICAMP in 2013. PhD in Interdisciplinary Chemical Sciences from Autonomous University of Madrid (UAM) in 2017, funded by the Science Without Borders program. His research education is complemented by a postdoctoral internship at the University of Beira Interior (Portugal) for 1 year, funded by FCT/MCTES. He has extensive experience in advanced oxidation processes, photocatalytic elimination of nitrate and NOx, electrolysis, recovery of nutrients from wastewater, and process optimization.
As a result of his research, up to now, 17 articles have been published in international journals, in addition to 2 deposited patents. His research work is complemented by the guidance of final course projects (9) and 1 completed master's (1) and his regular participation as a reviewer in journals.
Master of Technology - Technology for the Environment (2012) State University of Campinas and Ph.D. in Chemistry Interdisciplinary Science from the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid. I have knowledge in Advanced Oxidation Processes (Fenton, photo-Fenton, electrolysis, photo-catáilise), mainly applied to the treatment of complex wastewater as landfill leachate and effluent containing reactive azo dyes.
