Helder Aragao holds a Master's degree in Systems and Computing, a Specialist in Distributed Components and Web, a Specialist in Education 4.0, a Specialist in Entrepreneurship and Creation of Startups, and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science. He is PhD Student in Information Technology Projects at the Universidad Internacional Iberoamericana. Helder Aragão is a Professor in the Department of Computer Science at University Center Estacio of Bahia. He is also the Manager of the GIS Sector at Empresa Baiana de Águas e Saneamento (EMBASA). Additionally, He is a researcher of GANGES group at Unifacs. He is an e-learning teacher on the Udemy platform. He is the author of two books. His research interests cover GIS, e-health, web systems, app development, and IoT. He is the founder of the SmartLaudo Voice Platform.

Atualmente, é Gestor do Setor de Sistemas Técnicos da Empresa Baiana de Águas e Saneamento (EMBASA), Professor/Pesquisador do Centro Universitário Estácio da Bahia (Estácio FIB), Professor de Pós-Graduação na Faculdade Unyleya e Professor na Udemy. Membro do Grupo de Pesquisa de Geoprocessamento - GANGES (Unifacs). Membro da Sociedade Brasileira de Computação. Atua nas áreas de Geotecnologias, Health Tech, IoT, Desenvolvimento de Sistemas, aplicativos, Inovação e Startups. Consultoria em Governança de TIC, GIS (Geoprocessamento) e Health Tech. Autor de Dois Livros.
