José Augusto Pires de Abreu

Doctoral Student and Master in Energy from the Federal University of ABC-UFABC, Specialist in Environmental Technologies - lato sensu (2007) and Graduation in Technology in Civil Construction - Buildings by the Faculty of Technology of São Paulo FATEC-SP (2001). He is currently a Technologist in Civil Construction and Buildings of the Federal University of ABC (UFABC) in technical collaboration with the Federal Institute of Piauí (IFPI). Has experience in Civil Engineering and Environmental Sanitation as a Technologist in the Municipal Service of Environmental Sanitation of Santo André (SEMASA) between 2008 and 2015. Experience in Maintenance Management, Projects and Quality System, performing activities of Structural Recovery, Planning and Control of Building Maintenance, Operation and Control of the Fleet, as well as Maintenance in Integrated Environmental Sanitation; Member of the Executive Board and Executive Secretary of AEASA-Association of Engineers and Architects of Santo André, 2013-2104, 2015-2016 and 2017-2018; Councilor representing Civil Society in COMUGESAN-Municipal Council of Environmental Management of Santo André, management 2019-2020. Participated in actions of Social Responsibility and Environmental Education: Founder and volunteer in the Environmental Education Group and Third Sector of Fatec Consciente / Fatec-SP (2006 - 2007) and social works as Coordinator of Youth Pastoral-Santana Region and Archdiocese of São Paulo between the years 1995 and 2002.

Doutorando e Mestre em Energia pela Universidade Federal do ABC-UFABC, Especialista em Tecnologias Ambientais - lato sensu (2007) e Graduado em Tecnologia em Construção Civil - Edifícios pela Faculdade de Tecnologia de São Paulo-FATEC-SP (2001). Atualmente é Tecnólogo em Construção Civil e Edificações da Universidade Federal do ABC (UFABC) em colaboração técnica com o Instituto Federal do Piauí (IFPI). Tem experiência na área de Engenharia Civil e Saneamento Ambiental como Tecnólogo no Serviço Municipal de Saneamento Ambiental de Santo André (SEMASA) entre 2008 e 2015. Experiência em Gestão de Manutenção, Projetos e Sistema de Qualidade, desempenhando atividades de Recuperação de Estruturas, Planejamento e Controle de Manutenção Predial, Operação e Controle da Frota, bem como Manutenção em Saneamento Ambiental Integrado; Membro diretor e Secretário Executivo da AEASA-Associação dos Engenheiros e Arquitetos de Santo André, gestões 2013-2104, 2015-2016 e 2017-2018; Conselheiro representante da Sociedade Civil no COMUGESAN-Conselho Municipal de Gestão Ambiental de Santo André, gestão 2019-2020. Participou de ações de Responsabilidade Social e Educação Ambiental: Fundador e voluntário no Grupo de Educação Ambiental e Terceiro Setor da Fatec Consciente/Fatec-SP (2006 - 2007) e trabalhos sociais como Coordenador da Pastoral da Juventude-Região Santana e Arquidiocese de São Paulo entre os anos de 1995 e 2002.
