Cassio Xavier Rocha

Graduation in Electrical Engineering from the Federal University of Uberlândia (1991), master's degree in Electrical Engineering from the Federal University of Uberlândia (1998) and doctoral student at the same university. He is currently a professor at the Federal Institute of Education, Science and Technology Goiás (IFG). It has research project underway in UFU and IFG, with the main objective to "Distributed Power Generation Integration with Power Grid". Currently his research is focused on the synchronization of three-phase voltage converters in unstable electrical grid (harmonics, unbalanced phases, phases and frequencies jump variations) and current active filters projects.

Possui graduação em Engenharia Elétrica pela Universidade Federal de Uberlândia (1991), mestrado em Engenharia Elétrica pela Universidade Federal de Uberlândia (1998) e doutorando na mesma universidade. Atualmente é professor do Instituto Federal de Educação, Ciência e Tecnologia de Goiás (IFG). Possui projeto de pesquisa em andamento na UFU e IFG, tendo como objetivo principal a "Integração de Gerações de Energia Distribuída com a Rede Elétrica". Atualmente sua pesquisa está focada na sincronização de conversores de tensão trifásicos em redes elétricas instáveis (harmônicos, fases desbalanceadas, salto de fases e variações de frequências) e em projetos de filtros ativos de corrente..
