Marco Antônio Kappel Ribeiro

Graduated in Electrical Engineering, option Electronics, at the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul (1974) and master's degree in Computer Science from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul (1987). He was an employee of the State Electric Energy Company of RS (CEEE) for 25 years, where he was Technical Director. He was Technical Director of SEBRAE-RS between 2009 and 2015. He currently works as a consultant in the area of ​​Project Management. Member of the Project Management Institute - PMI since 1999 and founding partner of the Chapters of Rio Grande do Sul (PMIRS) and Rio de Janeiro (PMIRJ). At PMIRS, he served in several positions, being President in the 2005/2006 and 2007/2008 terms. He is currently Director of Institutional Relations. Experience in teaching in the area of ​​Project Management at postgraduation programs, having worked in several educational institutions in RS (UFRGS, PUCRS, UCS, UNISINOS, ESPM and UNISALLE).

Possui graduação em Engenharia Elétrica, opção Eletrônica, pela Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Sul (1974) e mestrado em Ciências da Computação pela Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Sul (1987). Foi funcionário da Companhia Estadual de Energia Elétrica do RS (CEEE) por 25 anos, onde foi Diretor Técnico. Foi Diretor Técnico do SEBRAE-RS entre e 2009 e 2015. Atualmente atuamente como consultor na área de Gerenciamento de Projetos. Membro do Project Management Institute - PMI desde 1999 e sócio fundador do Capítulos do Rio Grande do Sul (PMIRS) e do Rio de Janeiro (PMIRJ). No PMIRS atuou em várias posições, sendo Presidente nas gestões 2005/2006 e 2007/2008. Atualmente é Diretor de relações Institucionais. Experiência em docência na área de Gerenciamento de Projetos em programasde pós graduação, tendo atuado em diversas instituições de ensino do RS (UFRGS, PUCRS, UCS, UNISINOS, ESPM e UNISALLE).
