Cristiano Olinger

Holds a master's degree in the Graduate Program in Environmental Engineering at the Federal University of Santa Catarina (2003). Has experience in Civil Engineering, with an emphasis on Civil Construction and in environmental areas, public management and the use of technologies in cities. From 2013 to 2019 served as a professor at the University Center of Brusque teaching subjects in the course of Architecture and Urbanism and Civil Engineering. He was also part of the Sustainability Committee and the GEMAS and SMART CITIES Research Group of this institution, seeking the environmentalization of the University and the use of technology and knowledge to transform the municipality of Brusque. From 2015 to 2020, served as Superintendent of the Municipal Environment Foundation of Brusque, where in addition to his role as public manager of this body, Coordinated the project "50 Municipal Partnerships for the Climate", a partnership that Brusque has with the District of Kalrsruhe in Germany, where actions were developed to adapt and mitigate climate change with a focus on sustainable urban development, seeking a more humane, intelligent and sustainable city. This municipal partnership received the DNP13 award, German National Sustainability Award in the Municipal Partnerships category in the year 2020.Currently works in civil and environmental consultancy in the private sector.

Possui mestrado em Programa de Pós-Graduação em Engenharia Ambiental pela Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina (2003). Tem experiência na área de Engenharia Civil, com ênfase em Construção Civil e nas áreas ambientais, gestão pública e uso de tecnologias nas cidades. De 2013 à 2019 atuou como professor no Centro Universitário de Brusque lecionando disciplinas no curso de Arquitetura e Urbanismo e Engenharia Civil. Também fez parte do Comitê de Sustentabilidade e do Grupo de Pesquisa GEMAS e SMART CITIES desta instituição buscando a ambientalização da Universidade e uso da tecnologia e o conhecimento para transformar o município de Brusque. De 2015 a 2020 atuou como Superintendente da Fundação Municipal do Meio Ambiente de Brusque onde além da função de gestor público deste órgão coordenava o projeto "50 Parcerias Municipais pelo Clima", parceria que Brusque possui com o Distrito de Kalrsruhe na Alemanha, onde estão sendo desenvolvidos ações para adaptação e mitigação as mudanças climáticas com foco no desenvolvimento urbano sustentável, buscando uma cidade mais humana, inteligente e sustentável. Esta parceria municipal recebeu o prêmio DNP13, Prêmio Nacional Alemão de Sustentabilidade na categoria Parcerias Municipais no ano de 2020.Atualmente atua em assessoria civil e ambiental na área privada.
