Graduated in Civil Engineering from the Amazon Technology Institute - UTAM (2001), Specialization in Transit Engineering from the Nilton Lins University Center - UNINILTONLINS (2005) and Master's Degree in Civil Engineering from the Federal University of Amazonas - UFAM (2017). He served as Member and Auctioneer of the Permanent Bidding Commission (2013-2016), Director of Engineering and Traffic Education (2016/2017), Director of the Department of Projects and Works (2017-2019), at the Municipal Institute of Engineering and Inspection of Transit - MANAUSTRANS. Former Professor at UNINORTE/Laureate International Universities. Member of the Technical Commission for Urban Planning and Control - CTPCU. Member of the WG - Public Works of CREA-AM. Professor at the Postgraduate Course at FAMETRO. Works at the Municipal Institute of Urban Mobility - IMMU in the Department of Projects and Works - DPO. He has experience in the Civil Engineering area with an emphasis on Construction Materials and Components, working mainly on the following topics: composite materials, cementitious matrices, plant fibers, reinforcement and structural repair. Expertise in engineering diagnoses, preparing reports and conducting assessments and expertise, member and Director of Institutional Relations at IBAPE-AM. Experience in Traffic Engineering, with an emphasis on Traffic Studies and Road Projects, working mainly on the following topics: accessibility, geometry, signaling, analysis and evaluation.

Atuação em Engenharia diagnostica, elaborando laudos e realizando avaliações e perícias, membro e Diretor de Relações Institucionais do IBAPE-AM. Experiência ainda em Engenharia de Trânsito, com ênfase em Estudos de Tráfego e Projetos Viários, atuando principalmente nos seguintes temas: acessibilidade, geometria, sinalização, análise e avaliação.
