Daniel Vilar da Silva

Master in Agricultural Sciences (Agroecology) at the Center for Human, Social and Agrarian Sciences (CCHSA), Federal University of Paraíba (UFPB) working in the research line Agricultural Sciences, Indicators and Sustainable Production Systems. Graduated in the Superior Course of Technology in Agroecology at the Center for Sustainable Development of the Semi-Arid (CDSA), Federal University of Campina Grande (UFCG) - , with experience in research and extension in social technologies and agroforestry systems applied to sustainable rural development. Worked as a Research and Mapping Agent at IBGE Currently works with the Social Technology Plate Cistern for storing water for human consumption in rural communities in the semi-arid region of Paraíba, with the development of agricultural projects and land regularization of rural properties.

Mestre em Ciências Agrárias (Agroecologia) no Centro de Ciências Humanas, Sociais e Agrárias (CCHSA), da Universidade Federal da Paraíba (UFPB) com atuação na linha de pesquisa Ciências Agrárias, Indicadores e Sistemas de Produção Sustentáveis. Possui graduação no Curso Superior de Tecnologia em Agroecologia no Centro de Desenvolvimento Sustentável do Semiárido (CDSA), da Universidade Federal de Campina Grande (UFCG) - , com experiencia em pesquisa e extensão em tecnologias sociais e sistemas agroflorestais aplicados ao desenvolvimento rural sustentável. Trabalhou como Agente de Pesquisas e Mapeamento do IBGE. Atualmente trabalha com a Tecnologia Social Cisterna de Placas para armazenamento de água para consumo humano em comunidades rurais do Semiárido Paraibano, e também com elaboração de projetos agropecuários e regularização fundiária de imóveis rurais.
