Doutoranda em Sociologia e Direito pela Universidade Federal Fluminense - UFF e Mestre em Desenvolvimento Regional da Amazônia pela Universidade Federal de Roraima - UFRR. Possui Graduação como Bacharel em DIREITO pelo Centro Integrado de Ensino Superior do Amazonas - CIESA (2002) com Pós Graduação em Direito Penal e Processo Penal pelo Centro Integrado de Ensino Superior do Amazonas - CIESA (2003) . É Delegada de Polícia Civil na Secretaria de Segurança Pública do Estado de Roraima desde 2004, onde já exerceu a atividade policial em várias delegacias do Estado. Anteriormente já exerceu o cargo de Investigadora de Polícia Civil no Estado do Amazonas (2001/2004). Atuou como professora adjunta do PROGRAM ON COUNTERING TRANSNATIONAL ORGANIZED CRIME 23 - 02, no período de 14 de fevereiro de 2023 a 09 de março de 2023 no George C. Marshall European Center for Security Studies situado na cidade de Garmisch-Partenkirchen na Alemanha. Foi estagiária no Núcleo de Prática Jurídica da Faculdade CIESA, estagiária no setor Jurídico da VARIG, estagiária na Procuradoria do INSS e na Procuradoria da Fazenda Nacional PFN (Execução Fiscal). Exerceu o cargo de Diretora do Departamento de Justiça, Direitos Humanos e Cidadania (DJDHC) da Secretaria da Justiça e da Cidadania do Estado de Roraima - SEJUC/RR entre 2012/2013 onde reativou e foi presidente do Conselho Estadual de Defesa de Direitos da Mulher e elaborou do anteprojeto de Lei do Conselho Estadual LGBT. Exerceu o cargo de Diretora do Departamento de Cidadania (DECID) da Secretaria de Segurança Pública do Estado de Roraima - SESP/RR em 2013/2014 onde foi Ponto Focal do Ligue 180 da SENASP. Atualmente exerce o cargo de Delegada de Polícia Civil da Classe Especial em Boa Vista/RR como Delegada Titular do 5º Distrito Policial. Foi professora substituta de Direito Tributário, Legislação Trabalhista e Legislação Administrativa do Departamento de Ciências Contábeis da Universidade Federal de Roraima - UFRR no período de 2019 a 2021.

She is a Chief of Police at the Public Security Secretariat of the State of Roraima since 2004, where she has been carrying out police activity in several police stations in the State. She was an adjunct professor of the PROGRAM ON COUNTERING TRANSNATIONAL ORGANIZED CRIME 23 - 02, from February 14, 2023 to March 9, 2023 at the George C. Marshall European Center for Security Studies located in the city of Garmisch-Partenkirchen in Germany. Previously she has held the position of Civil Police Investigator in the State of Amazonas (2001/2004). She was an intern at the Legal Practice Center of the CIESA College, an intern in Varig's legal sector, an intern at the INSS Attorney's Office and the National Finance Attorney's Office (Fiscal Enforcement). She held the position of Director of the Department of Justice, Human Rights and Citizenship (DJDHC) of the Secretariat of Justice and Citizenship of the State of Roraima - SEJUC/RR between 2012/2013 where she reactivated and was president of the State Council for the Defense of Women's Rights and drafted the draft law of the LGBT State Council. She held the position of Director of the Department of Citizenship (DECID) of the Secretariat of Public Security of the State of Roraima - SESP/RR between 2013/2014 where she was focal point of SENASP's Ligue 180. Currently holds the position of Chief of Police of the Special Class in Boa Vista/RR as Chief of Police in the 5th Police District. She was a substitute professor of Tax Law, Labor Law and Administrative Legislation in the Department of Accounting Sciences at the Federal University of Roraima - UFRR in the period from 2019 up to 2021. Researcher at the Amazon Center of International Relations (NAPRI/UFRR/CNPq) in the areas related to Law and Public Security. She has published 9 books, 11 book chapters, 36 articles in scientific journals as well as 13 articles in Congress Proceedings.
