Fabiana Aguiar Santos

Graduada em Licenciatura Plena em Ciências Biológicas com mestrado em Botânica pela Universidade Federal Rural de Pernambuco pela mesma instituição. Integrou a equipe do Laboratório de Ecossistemas Aquáticos (UFRPE), onde desenvolveu pesquisas com ambientes vegetados marinhos (Halodule wrightii) onde mapeou áreas destas angiospermas no litoral da Ilha de Itamaracá, Pernambuco, e realizou o diagnóstico dos Serviços Ecosssitêmicos relacionados a estas espécies. Também trabalhou com macrófitas aquáticas pelo projeto de Transposição do rio São Francisco.

Graduated with Full Degree in Biological Sciences and a Master's in Botany from the Federal Rural University of Pernambuco by the same institution. Worked in the aquatic ecosystems laboratory with aquatic macrophytes for the Transposition project of the São Francisco River. She also worked with the Ecology of seagrass, where she developed the mapping in these areas of seagrass on the coast of the Island of Itamaracá, Pernambuco, and made the diagnosis of the Ecosystem Services related to these species.
