ROMMEL WLADIMIR DE LIMA

Has Degree in Computer Science (1997), Master in Systems and Computation (2003) and and PhD in Electrical and Computer Engineering (2009), all from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte. He is currently Adjunct Professor at the State University of Rio Grande do Norte and member of the Graduate Program in Computer Science (wide association between UERN / UFERSA) and POSENSINO. Leader of the Research Group on Computer Networks, Distributed Systems Multimedia and Coordinator of Networks and Distributed Systems Laboratory - LORDI. Besides acting in the computer science, with emphasis on Computer Networks and Distributed Systems, has been working in the field of educational technologies, being part of the UERN Educational Technologies Group..

Possui Graduação em Ciências da Computação (1997), Mestrado em Sistemas e Computação (2003) e e Doutorado em Engenharia Elétrica e de Computação (2009), todos pela Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Norte. Atualmente é Professor Classe III - nível 12 na Universidade do Estado do Rio Grande do Norte. Líder do Grupo de Pesquisa em Redes de Computadores, Sistemas Distribuídos e Multimídia e membro do Laboratório de Redes e Sistemas Distribuídos - LORDI. Além de atuar na área de Ciência da Computação, com ênfase em Redes de Computadores e Sistemas Distribuídos, vem atuando na área de Tecnologias Educacionais, fazendo parte do grupo de Pesquisa Tecnologias Educacionais da UERN.
