Richard Alan Humber

Possui doutorado em Insect Mycology - University of Washington (1975). Atualmente é profesor volutario da Universidade Federal de Goiás e microbiology/insect mycologist - USDA-ARS Robert W Holley Center for Agriculture & Health. Tem experiência na área de Botânica, com ênfase em Insect Mycology, atuando principalmente nos seguintes temas: insect pathology, entomophthorales, insect mycology, pathobiology e taxonomy. Aposentado do servicio no goberno americano em 2017 mas todavia ativo na patologia dos invertebrados e ma micologia dos insetos.
