Pedro Miloski Guimarães

Graduated in Geology by the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro in 2017, with a scholarship for CAPES through the Young Talents for Science Program. Monitoring fellowship in the disciplines of Mineralogy, Optical Mineralogy and Igneous Petrology of the Department of Geology /Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ). Researcher of scientific initiation by the COPPETEC Foundation and the UFRJ-PIBIC in Petrography and Geochemistry, associated with the Basaltic Suites of Parnaiba Basin Project - GEOPARK / UFRJ / UFRRJ. Master's degree (2019) in the postgraduate program of the Department of Geology / UFRJ, studying the petrogenetic characterization of the different magmatic suites in eastern Parnaiba Basin. Ph.D in Earth Sciences (Petrology and Geochemistry) at the Department of Earth Sciences from the Université du Québec à Chicoutimi, Canada (2020-2023). Thesis focusing on metallic mineral deposits and their genesis in anorthositic suites in the context of Syn-Post orogenesis, Grenville Province, Lac-Saint Jean region, Saguenay / Québec.
