André Carvalho Tavares

Possui Graduação em Curso Superior de Tecnologia em Fabricação Mecânica pelo Instituto Federal Sul-Rio-Grandense (2011), Graduação em Engenharia Mecânica pelo Centro Universitário Ritter dos Reis (2018), Mestrado em Engenharia de Minas, Metalúrgica e de Materiais pela Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Sul (2014) e Doutorado em Engenharia de Minas, Metalúrgica e de Materiais pela Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Sul (2019). Tem experiência na área de Engenharia de Materiais e Metalúrgica, com ênfase em Metalurgia de Pó, atuando principalmente nos seguintes temas: Biomateriais metálicos, processos de fabricação, conformação mecânica, metalurgia do pó e tratamentos térmicos. De 2014 a 2015 foi professor do IFSUL- Campus Sapucaia do sull. Em 2018 foi professor do IFRS- Campus Caxias. No ano de 2019 foi professor do IFSUL- Campus Charqueadas.
