Carlos Alexandre Zanutto

Degree in Agronomy and Ph.D. in plant protection where he worked with the selection of protective isolates against the Citrus Tristeza Virus at the State University of Maringá, where he is an Agronomist, developing research activities in the area of Agronomy, with emphasis on Molecular Biology, acting on the following topics: citrus diseases, epidemiology, CitrusTristeza and molecular tools to aid in plant pathology and disease studies.

Graduado em Agronomia e doutorado em proteção de plantas onde trabalhou com a seleção de isolados protetivos contra o Vírus Tristeza dos Citros, na Universidade Estadual de Maringá, onde atualmente é Agrônomo, desenvolvendo atividades de pesquisa na área de Agronomia, com ênfase em Biologia Molecular, atuando principalmente nos seguintes temas: doenças de citros, epidemiologia, Tristeza dos citros e ferramentas moleculares para auxílio na fitopatologia e em estudos de doenças.
