Post graduate in Business Management from Getúlio Vargas Foundation (2003). Graduate degree in Safety Engineering from the FTC (2013). Master of Environment, Water and Sanitation by the Federal University of Bahia (2012). Bahian Company Projects and Operations Engineer of Water and Sanitation (EMBASA). Professor at the Federal University of Bahia Assistant teaching disciplines and Hydraulic Works and Building Installations. Member of the Research Group "Sanitation and Environmental Health" (GESAN / UFBA). Professor at the College Area 1 (Group Devry Brazil) teaching disciplines Water Supply Project and Sanitation and Solid Waste Project. Ex-superintendent of Sanitation of the State of Bahia (2011-2014). Ex-president of the Brazilian Association of Sanitary and Environmental Engineering - ABES Bahia Section (2011-2015) and current member of the Board of Directors of the Brazilian Sanitary and Environmental Engineering Association - ABES Section Bahia (2015-2017 biennium). Ex-member of the Environmental Council (CEPRAM) and the Water Resources Council (CONERH) the State of Bahia.

Professor Assistente da Universidade Federal da Bahia ministrando as disciplinas Obras Hidráulicas e Instalações Prediais. Membro do Grupo de Pesquisa "Saneamento e Saúde Ambiental" (GESAN/UFBA). Ex-Professor da Faculdade Área 1 (2014/2016) ministrando as disciplinas Projeto de Abastecimento de Água e Projeto de Esgotamento Sanitário e Resíduos Sólidos. Ex-superintendente de Saneamento do Estado da Bahia (2011-2014). Ex-presidente da Associação Brasileira de Engenharia Sanitária e Ambiental - ABES Seção Bahia (2011-2015) e atual membro do Conselho Diretor da Associação Brasileira de Engenharia Sanitária e Ambiental - ABES Seção Bahia (biênio 2015-2017).
