Fernando César Louzada e Silva

He holds a law degree from the Federal University of Pará (2003) and a law degree from the Federal University of Pará (2009). Currently, it is a partial regimen of the Madre Celeste High School and an English language teacher in preparatory courses for military schools, in person and online. He is also professor of Constitutional Law, Administrative, Social Security, Regimes and matters concerning various competitions, in Presential Courses (Example Course), as well as online. Flight controller trained in the Brazilian Air Force, working in aerodrome tower control, terminal radar operation and aeronautical accident investigation (Member of Cenipa - Center for Research and Prevention of Aeronautical Accidents). It has an emergency phraseology and TCAS (Traffic Collision Avoidance System) He is an instructor of English for the Brazilian Air Force.

Possui graduação em Direito pela Universidade Federal do Pará (2003) e mestrado em Direito pela Universidade Federal do Pará (2009). Atualmente é regime parcial da Escola Superior Madre Celeste e professor de cursos preparatórios para concursos públicos, presenciais e on-line . Tem experiência na área de Direito, lecionando Direito Constitucional, Administrativo, Previdenciário, Direito Internacional Público, Direito Internacional Privado e Linguagem e Redação Jurídica. Leciona também em pós-graduação da UNAMA, como professor visitante, bem como na pós-graduação da Escola Superior Madre Celeste.
