Inaya Correa Barbosa Lima

A profissional Inayá Lima é Bacharel em Física (UFF) com Mestrado e Doutorado em Engenharia Nuclear /Física Nuclear Aplicada (COPPE/UFRJ), Pós-Doutorado em Ciência e Tecnologia de Materiais (UERJ/IPRJ). Foi pesquisadora PROMETRO do Inmetro (Divisão de Metrologia de Materiais). Foi Professora Visitante e Adjunta na UERJ/IPRJ no Depto de Mecânica e Energia e na Pós em Ciência e Tecnologia de Materiais. Como uma profissional multifacetada, possui Pós-Graduação em Fotografia e Imagem (UCAM) e formação musical de percussão (Maracatu Brasil). Desde 2011 é professora da Engenharia Nuclear da UFRJ/POLI/COPPE. Atualmente colabora com várias Instituições, tais como - a Faculdade de Medicina do HU da UFRJ (1o Equipamento de Microtomografia Clinica de extremidades do país, através da parceria com o INTO), o Instituto de Microbiologia Marinha da UFF, o LNLS, o IEN/CNEN, etc. Pertencente ao LAASC - Laboratório de Analises Ambientais e Simulação Computacional (PEN/DNC/UFRJ), é supervisora de Proteção Radiológica. Representante Titular do Programa de Engenharia Nuclear da UFRJ na Comissão de Pós-Graduação e Pesquisa (CPGP) da COPPE (até fev/2020). É membro da Sociedade Brasileira de Física (SBF), bem como outros Órgãos e grupos associados a física médica, radiologia e radioproteção, engenharia e direito da mulher. Membra ativada do Grupo de Apoio à Mulher (GAM), instituída na COPPE, bem como na Win (Women in Nuclear Global - International e Brasileira) e na OWSD- Capítulo Brasil. Isto posto, possui larga experiência em física médica/radioproteção e Aplicação de radioisotopos em Medicina, Biologia, Petróleo e Gás, Odontologia, Materiais industriais, Meio Ambiente, etc. Recentemente tem elaborado e colaborado em Projetos sobre Paridade de Gênero das Ciências e, em Especial, nas Engenharias, bem como na Utilização da Energia Nuclear no Âmbito da Sustentabilidade Ambiental, perpassando, principalmente em 2020, na produção de LIVES e em entrevistas em LIVES como convidada (divulgação científica na área Nuclear). Desenvolveu a área de Divulgação e Comunicação Científica de qualidade do Programa de Engenharia Nuclear da COPPE/UFRJ, abarcando assuntos estratégicos e atuais para todos os alunos: graduação e pós-graduação. Atualmente é Coordenadora do PEN/COPPE/UFRJ e Vice-chefe do DNC/POLIUFRJ.

He is a member of the Brazilian Physics Society (SBF), as well as other bodies and groups associated with medical physics, radiology and radioprotection, engineering and women's rights. Activated member of the Support Group for Women (GAM), instituted at COPPE, as well as at Win (Women in Nuclear Global - International and Brazilian) and at OWSD- Brazil Chapter.
