Doutorado em Design na ESDI/UERJ (2022), mestrado em Design na ESDI/UERJ (2012) e graduação em Arquitetura e Urbanismo na FAUSS (1984), com especialização em Engenharia de Produção na UFRJ (1998) e MBA em Gerenciamento de Projetos na UFF (2003/2005). Trabalhou na área de planejamento e projeto de interiores de aviões da antiga VARIG S/A (Viação Aérea Riograndense) e VEM, depois TAP-ME, entre 1976 e 2007. Foi professor-instrutor do curso Técnico em Design de Interiores do SENAC-RIO entre Ago/2013 e Out/2017. Ingressou como Arquiteto e Urbanista na reitoria do IFRJ (Instituto Federal de Educação, Ciência e Tecnologia do Rio de Janeiro). após concurso público, em março/2016,

He currently works as an Architect and Urban Planner in the rectory of the IFRJ (Federal Institute of Education, Science and Technology of Rio de Janeiro) since taking office after a public examination, in March/2016.
