Amilson Albuquerque Limeira Filho

Advogado, Consultor Ambiental, Doutorando e Mestre em Recursos Naturais pelo Programa de Pós-graduação em Recursos Naturais (PPGRN/UFCG), especialista em Direito Internacional pela FMU (Centro Universitário das Faculdades Metropolitanas Unidas), Bacharel em Ciências Jurídicas pela Universidade Federal da Paraíba (UFPB), sendo, atualmente, integrante de Curadoria: Matrizes Energéticas e Meio Ambiente do Instituto de Estudos da Ásia (IEÁsia), membro de la Escuela Latinoamericana de Derecho sobre el pensamiento de Enrique Leff e dos grupos de pesquisa: História, Meio Ambiente e Questões Étnicas (CNPQ/UFCG), Gestão e Ordenamento Ambiental (GEOAMB) (CNPQ/UFCG) e Saberes Ambientais e Culturais - Estudos em Homenagem a Enrique Leff (ESAEL) (CNPQ/UFPB), tendo sido pesquisador membro pelo Instituto Brasileiro de Ciências Criminais (IBCcrim), pesquisador voluntário (PIVIC) pelo Observatório de Bioética e Direito Animal (OBDA) da Universidade Federal da Paraíba, do Laboratório Internacional de Investigação em Transjuridicidade (LABIRINT) e extensionista voluntário (PROBEX) junto ao Núcleo de Extensão em Justiça Animal (NEJA). Exerceu o cargo de Agente de Pesquisa e Mapeamento (APM) junto ao IBGE (Instituto Brasileiro de Geografia e Estatística), além da monitoria das disciplinas de Direito Constitucional I, Teoria Geral do Processo e Sociologia Geral e Jurídica e estudos nos grupos de pesquisa Direito de Acesso à Água em Tempos de Crise Hídrica, junto ao Instituto de Direito Civil Constitucional (IDCC), Filosofia do Direito e Pensamento Político e Ymyrapytã: Ligas da Memória, Verdade e Justiça. Suas áreas de interesse são o Direito Ambiental e o Direito Internacional Penal. Nos últimos anos tem desenvolvido pesquisas em relação à temas conexos ao Direito Ambiental e Internacional Penal.

Lawyer, Environmental Consultant, Doctoral student and Master in Natural Resources by the Postgraduate Program in Natural Resources (PPGRN/UFCG), specialist in International Law by FMU (University Center of Faculdades Metropolitanas Unidas), Bachelor of Legal Sciences by the Federal University of Paraíba (UFPB), currently being a member of the Curatorship: Matrizes Energéticas e Meio Ambiente of the Institute of Asian Studies (IEÁsia), member of the Escuela Latinoamericana de Derecho sobre el Pensaiento de Enrique Leff and of the research groups: History, Environment and Ethnic Issues (CNPQ/UFCG), Management and Environmental Planning (GEOAMB) (CNPQ/UFCG) and Environmental and Cultural Knowledge - Studies in Homage to Enrique Leff (ESAEL) (CNPQ/UFPB), having been a member researcher at the Brazilian Institute of Criminal Sciences (IBCcrim), volunteer researcher (PIVIC) by the Bioethics and Animal Law Observatory (OBDA) of the Federal University of Paraíba, the International Laboratory of In research in Transjuridicity (LABIRINT) and voluntary extensionist (PROBEX) with the Extension Nucleus in Animal Justice (NEJA). He held the position of Research and Mapping Agent (APM) at the IBGE (Brazilian Institute of Geography and Statistics), in addition to monitoring the disciplines of Constitutional Law I, General Theory of Process and General and Legal Sociology and studies in the research groups Law of Access to Water in Times of Water Crisis, together with the Institute of Constitutional Civil Law (IDCC), Philosophy of Law and Political Thought and Ymyrapytã: Leagues of Memory, Truth and Justice. His areas of interest are Environmental Law and International Criminal Law. In recent years he has carried out research on issues related to Environmental and International Criminal Law.
