Diego Oliveira Rodrigues

Diego Oliveira Rodrigues is a Ph.D. student participating of a joint-supervision program in the University of Campinas - Institute of Computing and the University of Bern, Institute of Computing. He obtained his Master's degree at UNICAMP, where he currently performs research on computer networks and distributed systems. In 2017 he was elected an Emerging Leader in the Americas, award given by the Canadian Government which allowed his stay in the University of Ottawa as visiting researcher. Furthermore, he has worked in the University of Coimbra in an international collaboration promoted by the Santander bank. Before studying in UNICAMP, he graduated in Information Systems in the Lutheran University of Brazil. During his bachelors, he participated in a sandwich program in the University of Portsmouth, UK for 12 months studying electronic engineering.

Diego Oliveira Rodrigues é estudante em um programa de doutorado co-tutela da Universidade Estadual de Campinas - Instituto de Computação e a Universidade de Berna - Institute of Computing. Ele obteve seu título de mestre na UNICAMP, onde atualmente realiza pesquisa relacionada a redes de computadores e sistemas distribuídos. Diego foi eleito Emergin Leader in the Americas em 2017, prêmio concedido pelo Governo do Canadá que permitiu atuar como pesquisador visitante na University of Ottawa, no PARADISE Research Lab. Também trabalhou na Universidade de Coimbra em colaboração internacional promovida pelo banco Santander. Antes de estudar na Universidade Estadual de Campinas formou-se em Sistemas de Informação pela Universidade Luterana do Brasil. Durante sua graduação, Diego fez parte de um programa de intercâmbio na Universidade de Portsmouth, UK por 12 meses onde fez cursos com foco em engenharia eletrônica.
