Represented the National Council of the Ministério Público before the Brazilian Congress, authoring a proposed bill reforming the Environmental Crimes Act. Co-founder and former coordinator of the Rede Ambiente Participativo (RAP).

Foi representante do Conselho Nacional de Procuradores-Gerais na Subcomissão de Crimes e Penas da CCJ - Câmara dos Deputados (Relator da Proposta de Alteração da Lei de Crimes Ambientais). Foi delegado oficial do Ministério Público brasileiro no United Nations Environmental Programme World Congress on Justice, Governance and Law for Sustainability (2012). Um dos criadores e ex-coordenadores da Rede Ambiente Participativo (RAP).
