Williams da Silva Guimarães de Lima

Bachelor's Degree in Geography from the Federal University of Paraíba-UFPB (1997), a Master's Degree in Geodynamics and Geophysics from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte-UFRN (2002). PhD in Sedimentary and Environmental Geology (incomplete) from the Federal University of Pernambuco-UFPE (2007). He worked as a professor and Coordinator of Graduate Studies at the Laureate International Universities Network / Faculdade Internacional da Paraíba / School of Engineering, Architecture and Technologies. Taught disciplines: Biogeochemistry, Geology, Geomorphology, Oceanographic and Coastal Dynamics, Applied Geology, Protected Areas Management (UC), Social Sciences Applied to Engineering, Aquatic and Terrestrial Ecosystems, Sustainable Development, Geosciences, Human and Social Sciences, Pollution and Environmental Degradation , Environmental Risk, Society Technology and Environment, Quality Tools and Continuous Improvement, Supervised Internship, Process Management and Geotechnical Studies. He held the position of Coordinator of the Postgraduate Course at the Specialization level in Engineering and Work Safety. He works in the field of Geosciences, with an emphasis on Marine Geology, Physical Geography, Geomorphology, Environmental Geology, Geochemistry and Territorial and Environmental Management. He held the position of Environmental Analyst at the Secretariat of the Environment - SEMAM of the Municipality of João Pessoa-PB - PMJP, biennium 2010 - 2012. Participated in the EIA Review and Elaboration of the RIMA (PHYSICAL MEDIA) on the Studies of Coastal Dynamics for Reduction / Containment of the Erosion Process of Iemanjá Square, Falésia do Cabo Branco and Praia do Seixas. On the Coast of João Pessoa - PB (2011). He is currently a member of the faculty of the Institute of Higher Education of Paraíba - IESP, assigned to the Coordination of Bachelor of Civil Engineering and Production, full professor of the Fundamentals of Geology and Hydrology and Drainage, in addition to being part of the project team for the implementation of the Engineering Laboratories, highlighting; Geology / Chemistry Laboratory. He is a member of the NGO - Grupo Amigos da Barreira - G.A.B, occupying the portfolio of Presidente Gestão 2017 2018.

Possui Graduação de Bacharel em Geografia pela Universidade Federal da Paraíba-UFPB (1998), Mestre em Geodinâmica e Geofísica pela Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Norte-UFRN (2002). Doutorado em Geologia Sedimentar e Ambiental (incompleto) pela Universidade Federal de Pernambuco-UFPE (2007). Trabalhou como professor e Coordenador de Pós-Graduação na Rede Laureate International Universities/Faculdade Internacional da Paraíba. Ministrou disciplinas: Biogeoquímica, Geologia, Geomorfologia, Dinâmica Oceanográfica e Costeira, Geologia Aplicada, Gestão de Áreas Protegidas (U.C), Ciências Sociais Aplicadas as Engenharias, Ecossistemas Aquáticos e Terrestres, Desenvolvimento Sustentável, Geociências, Ciências Humanas e Sociais, Poluição e Degradação Ambiental, Risco Ambiental, Sociedade Tecnologia e Meio Ambiente, Ferramentas da Qualidade e Melhoria Continua, Estágio Supervisionado, Gestão por Processos e Estudos Geotécnicos. Ocupou o cargo de Coordenador do Curso de Pós-Graduação a nível de Especialização em Engenharia e Segurança do Trabalho. Atua na área das Geociências, com ênfase em Geologia Marinha, Geografia Física, Geomorfologia, Geologia Ambiental, Geoquímica e Gestão Territorial e Ambiental. Ocupou cargo de Analista Ambiental na Secretaria do Meio Ambiente - SEMAM da Prefeitura Municipal de João Pessoa-PB - PMJP, biênio 2010 - 2012. Participou da Revisão EIA e Elaboração do RIMA (MEIO FÍSICO) sobre os Estudos da Dinâmica Costeira para Redução/Contenção do Processo de Erosão da Praça de Iemanjá, Falésia do Cabo Branco e Praia do Seixas. No Litoral de João Pessoa ? PB (2011). Atualmente é membro do corpo docente do UNIESP Centro Universitário, lotado na Coordenação dos Cursos de Graduação Bacharelados de Engenharia Civil e Produção, professor titular das Disciplinas Fundamentos de Geologia e Hidrologia e Drenagem, além de fazer parte da equipe do projeto de implantação dos Laboratórios das Engenharias, destacando; Laboratório de Geologia/Química. É membro da ONG - Grupo Amigos da Barreira - G.A.B, ocupando a pasta de Presidente Gestão 2017 2018.
