Ivan Bolis

Ivan Bolis, Italian, professor at the Department of Production Engineering at the Federal University of Paraíba. Production Engineer with a double degree, graduated from the Polytechnic School of the University of São Paulo (USP) in 2006 and from the Politecnico di Milano in 2007. Master (2011), PhD (2014) and postdoctoral (2018) in Production Engineering from Polytechnic School of USP. He is currently a Research Productivity Scholar from the National Council for Scientific and Technological Development (CNPQ) and participates in the Posgraduate Program in Production and Systems Engineering at the Federal University of Paraíba (PPGEPS). The main line of action is related to the area of ergonomics (organizational and activity) and sustainability. Its scientific production consists of publications in leading academic journals in the field of ergonomics and sustainability (such as "Applied Ergonomics", "Ergonomics", "Human Factors And Ergonomics In Manufacturing", "Work" and Journal of Cleaner Production). Since 2021, he has been co-chair of the 'Human Factors and Sustainable Development' technical committee of the International Ergonomics Association (IEA). Other areas of professional activity and research are organizational innovation, production management, entrepreneurship and applied technology.

Ivan Bolis, italiano, professor efetivo do Departamento de Engenharia da Produção da Universidade Federal da Paraíba. Engenheiro de Produção com duplo diploma, formado pela Escola Politécnica da Universidade de São Paulo (USP) em 2006 e pelo Politecnico di Milano em 2007. Mestre (2011), doutor (2014) e pós-doutorado (2018) em Engenharia da Produção pela Escola Politécnica da USP. Atualmente é bolsista de Produtividade em Pesquisa pelo Conselho Nacional de Desenvolvimento Científico e Tecnológico (CNPQ) e participa no Programa de Pós-Graduação em Engenharia de Produção e Sistemas da Universidade Federal da Paraíba (PPGEPS). A principal linha de atuação é relacionada à área de ergonomia (organizacional e da atividade) e de sustentabilidade. Sua produção cientifica é composta por publicações em revistas acadêmicas de referência na área de ergonomia e sustentabilidade (tais como "Applied Ergonomics", "Ergonomics", "Human Factors And Ergonomics In Manufacturing", "Work" e Journal of Cleaner Production). Desde 2021, é copresidente do comitê técnico 'Human Factors and Sustainable Development' da Associação Internacional da Ergonomia (IEA). Outras áreas de atuação profissional e de pesquisa são de inovação organizacional, gestão da produção, empreendedorismo e tecnologia aplicada.
