Milton Reis Cunha Junior

Cursa seu Segundo Pos-Doutorado, no Fórum de Ciência e Cultura do Museu Nacional da UFRJ: Boi de Paratins, Estrutura Narrativa Patrimônio Cultural dos Povos da Floresta Amazônica, sob Orientacao da Linguista Tania Clemente. Concluiu seu primeiro Pós-doutorado em História da Arte, pela Escola de Belas Artes da UFRJ (2017) pesquisando Narrativas Culturais no Carnaval de Rosa Magalhães, sob Orientacao de Carlos Terra. É Graduado em Psicologia pela Universidade Federal do Pará (1982), possui Especialização em Moda e Indumentária pela Universidade Estácio de Sá (2004). Tem Mestrado em Letras (Ciência da Literatura) (2006) e Doutorado em Letras (Teoria Literária - Ciência da Literatura) (2010), ambos pela Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro, pesquisando narrativas de Joãosinho Trinta. Tem experiência na área de Educação, Televisão, Rádio e Carnaval, com ênfase em Artes e narrativas Culturais. Apresenta vasta experiência internacional em espetáculos de entretenimentos. É fluente na língua inglesa e francesa. É pesquisador-orientador do grupo de pesquisa Observatório de Carnaval do Museu Nacional da Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro - OBCAR/UFRJ. É comentarista de Carnaval da Rede Globo de Televisão.

He is attending his Second Post-Doctorate, at the Science and Culture Forum of the UFRJ National Museum: Boi de Paratins, Narrative Structure Cultural Heritage of the People of the Amazon Forest, under the guidance of the linguist Tania Clemente. He completed his first Post-Doctorate in Art History, at the School of Fine Arts at UFRJ (2017) researching Cultural Narratives at the Rosa Magalhães Carnival, under the guidance of Carlos Terra. He holds a degree in Psychology from the Federal University of Pará (1982), specialization in Fashion and Clothing from the University Estácio de Sá (2004). He holds a Master's degree in Literature (Science of Literature) (2006) and a PhD in Literature (Literary Theory - Science of Literature) (2010), both from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro, researching narratives by Joãosinho Trinta. Has experience in Education, Television, Radio and Carnival, with emphasis on Arts and Cultural narratives. He has extensive international experience in entertainment shows. He is fluent in English and French. He is a researcher-advisor at the Carnival Observatory research group at the National Museum of the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro - OBCAR / UFRJ. He is a Carnival commentator for Rede Globo de Televisão.
